By using Follow Radar you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
Follow Radar allows you to analyze Snapshots exported from Instagram to gain insights about your followers, following, and related metrics.
3. Permitted Use
- Use the App only in compliance with applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to compromise the security, stability, or availability of the service.
- Do not use the App to violate the rights of others or the terms of third-party platforms.
4. Purchases
In-app purchases, subscriptions, and free trials are managed through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, design, and content of the App are owned by Federico Urbinelli, unless otherwise indicated.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee continuous availability, absence of errors, or specific results.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or discontinue access if you violate these terms or for technical / legal reasons.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.
