This Privacy Policy explains how Follow Radar ("App", "we", "us") handles your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Data We Process
Follow Radar is designed to minimize data collection:
- User-imported data: Snapshot files exported from Instagram (followers / following), voluntarily selected and uploaded by you.
- Local technical data: Preferences, settings and metadata necessary for the App to function (e.g., last Snapshot date, notification preferences).
- Purchases: Handled by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
- We never ask for your Instagram password.
- We never log into your Instagram account.
- We never sell personal data to third parties.
4. Purpose & Legal Basis
- Service delivery - Analyzing Snapshots to display follower statistics (basis: performance of a contract).
- Security & maintenance - Preventing misuse and ensuring stability (basis: legitimate interest).
- Legal compliance - When required by applicable law.
5. Where Data Is Processed
All imported data is processed entirely on your device. Third-party services (e.g., Apple for purchases) process data under their own policies.
6. Data Retention
Data remains in the App until you delete it. You can remove Snapshots at any time. Data required for legal obligations may be retained for the period mandated by law.
7. Third-Party Sharing
We only share data when necessary to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations (e.g., Apple StoreKit).
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data;
- Request rectification or erasure;
- Object to or restrict processing;
- Request data portability;
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

9. Children
The service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Contact us to remove data if you believe a child has provided personal information.
